The Challenge
The challenge was to help and collaborate with a real client on a digital product.
The Client
SeedExt is a startup based on mutual aid, sharing and innovation.
Its objective is to offer a service for companies using artificial intelligence.
To help seedext we had to conceptualize and create an enterprise knowledge sharing tool.
User flow
To organize and understand our tool, we have created a userflow where you can see the path of the user and where the A.I. works.
Mid-Fi prototype
After our concept was validated, we moved to the Mid-Fi screens which was based of our user flow.
We had the prototype tested, in particular the usability test and the design critics, we received some improvements.
Final prototype
Let us introduce you to our platform SeedExt.
The user (Emma) opened seedext after getting stuck on a problem during a task.
After asking her question in the search bar there are no results that could help her.
The platform recommend her to ask to the community.
So she choose the screen recording to explain her problem.
She saves her video.
All information is automatically transcribed by the AI, she can choose the level of emergency and add topics.
After confirming the post, the request is sent to her colleagues who have the associated skills.
Each member of the company has filled their personal space with their hard and soft skills, which allows the AI to forward the question to the right people.
A notification alerts her that someone has replied, she can evaluate Pierre's response.
On her personal space she find her personal information and her latest Activities and favorites topic from the community.
